My boyfriend and I dined at Chipotle yesterday for lunch and about 2am my man was very sick, vomiting, diarrhea and has been sick the following day. He had Steak burrito and I had a chicken bowl. He added veggies and guacamole, which I did not have! No more Chipotle for us!  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐

2019 年 2 月 4 日星期一下午 1 点 30 分左右吃了肉堆三明治午餐。订购了它直通车。同一天晚上开始呕吐。三连三次后，服用了一些药物。然后腹泻开始了，整个星期一晚上和星期二一天都没有放松，终于在 12 集以上的情节之后去了 ER Honor Health ER North Scottsdale 所在地。最终被录取并于周三下午出院。医生报告说我的身体有与食物中毒有关的毒素。失去了 3 天的工作时间。缓慢但痛苦的恢复仍在继续。

我订购了混合蔬菜沙拉配浆果和核桃。我得到了一份看起来相当跛行的沙拉，里面有蔬菜和菠菜。大约 10 分钟后我第一次去洗手间，20 小时后仍然有腹泻。  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心

I am reporting for my husband who ate at the Chipotle at Greyhawk - he had a salad bowl with carnitas for lunch. Was super sick last night with Diarrhea and vomiting.. home in bed today still feels aweful  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐
