I ordered a mixed greens salad with berries and walnuts. I was served a rather limp looking salad with greens and spinach. I made my first trip to the bathroom about 10 minutes later and still have diarrhea 20 hours later.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea

(Corner of scottsdale and thomas) 2 cheeseburgers and a fry around 1030 pm. Woke up feeling horrible and vomiting by noon. Vomited 5-6 x t/o the day (lost count). 9 pm now (22-23 hrs later) and stomach not great but am keeping fluids down 3 hours so far.  | Symptoms: Vomiting
