今天上午 11 点 45 分左右在午餐时间在那里吃过。玉米上有一个牛 s 炸玉米饼和凉拌卷心菜的一面。过去 2 个小时一直有胃痛和严重腹泻，感觉恶心和发烧  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐, 胃痛

我吃了一份绿色的女神沙拉，8 小时后醒来时我的上腹部出现了极度抽筋的浪潮，然后腹泻持续了 10 个小时。头痛、低烧、发冷和疼痛。
去看医生，他们确认这是食物中毒，可能与长叶莴苣 ecoli 爆发有关。

I got my 9-year-old son a burger, fries, and soft drink at 7:00 p.m. on 3/27/18. He ate it all, and went to bed as normal, feeling fine, at 8:30 p.m. He woke up at 12:30 throwing up, followed by diarrhea. No fever or other symptoms.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐

My daughter ate a bowl with carnitas black beans and brown rice. 3 hours later she started feeling cramps. About 30 minutes later, she vomited a ton. She felt better for a couple hours, went to sleep, but then woke up vomiting. Hopefully we are done...:  | 症状: 呕吐
