我在 8 月 10 日星期六晚上 8 点 47 分停下来了。
我订购了一个 #1 面包鸡肉三明治组合，里面有大柠檬水和蛋黄酱作为调味品。我回家吃了食物，不久之后我打电话和朋友聊天。我们聊了将近两个小时，但我的胃似乎没有正常消化。打完电话后，我去睡觉了。周日早上 3 点 12 分左右，我醒来时非常寒冷，我发冷了。我当时感觉很恶心。我起身大量呕吐。如此之多，以至于我的背部和腹部肌肉紧张。我喝了水然后拿了我的温度。我发烧了 102.7。星期二我最后去了紧急护理，因为我没有好转。我脱水并服用了抗生素，因为有一点感染。还开了治疗疼痛和恶心的药物。

We had a 12 piece and the chicken wasn’t cooked well we didn’t notice until after I had ate the first wing the asst manager was no help and really acted like he didn’t give a dang he offered us a 12 pence replacement. Why would I want a replacement and I am already sick from eating here ?  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心
