我在 2018 年 4 月 8 日下午 3 点左右订购了 4 个牛肉炸玉米饼和 3 个豆类和奶酪卷饼。那天晚些时候，2018 年 5 月 8 日凌晨 1 点左右，我的胃极度疼痛，我正在折腾并打开床，一个小时后，我在没有警告的情况下向床边喷出了大量呕吐物。每次我吃东西或尝试喝水时，我都会呕吐 30 分钟到一个小时，而且不是一点点扔，这是一吨呕吐物被喷出，疼得非常糟糕，我发烧，眼睛受伤，腹痛，轻度混乱，头痛，恶心，我什至吐了新鲜血液。帮助。我今天晚些时候要去急诊室

Ate chipotle at around 11:00 am on 03/27 and starting feeling sick almost immediately like about an hour after. The whole day I was feeling nauseous and I didn’t throw up that same food until like 8-9:00 pm. It literally stayed in my stomach till I was able to throw it up.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐
