After church on Sunday June 11, decided not to cook and ordered a three meat thin crust. Worst mistake I made. Immediately after taking my first bite my stomach started bubbling followed by diarrhea and vomiting. No I did not go to the Dr. I have two slices you may pick up for testing.  | 症状: 腹泻, 呕吐
