After church on Sunday June 11, decided not to cook and ordered a three meat thin crust. Worst mistake I made. Immediately after taking my first bite my stomach started bubbling followed by diarrhea and vomiting. No I did not go to the Dr. I have two slices you may pick up for testing.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting

Ate Spinach Dip on the evening of Monday, July 25 and 30 minutes later I had stomach pains and diarrhea. It's Wednesday, July 27 and I still have occasional stomach pains and diarrhea throughout the day.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Stomach Pain
