I had the sourdough jack with regular fries. I ate there at about 2:30am Sunday. My symptoms started at about 6:30a to 7:00a and continued into Monday. I threw up all day and felt face and extremity numbness at one point.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐, 麻木

Bought some wings for the family, woke up throwing up, with fever like symptoms(body aches), and I have a loose stomach that hurts like a b$&$^#(diarrhea). Never eating there again Ruined my entire day  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 呕吐

现在是 2017 年 6 月 16 日星期日。下午 6 点左右我吃了薄皮的意大利辣香肠、香肠和培根。培根和香肠闻起来很有趣，闻起来有烧焦的味道。晚上 11 点左右，我感到左侧腹痛，骨头感到疼痛，就像感冒一样。我试图在早上 1 点或 2 点睡觉我出汗，躺在床上颤抖着牙齿颤抖。我睡到上午 11 点。我两天都不能拉屎我臃肿了 BAD！我两天都不能吃东西我星期二晚上刚吃了鸡汤。从那以后喝茶。我 100% 相信多米诺骨牌应该受到指责。如果我去看医生我会提起诉讼的我很高兴这项服务可用。希望我能帮助别人。避开鲍德温公园的多米诺骨牌。在鲍德温公园大道上。

My family of 5 ate at jack. We got jumbo jacks, fries and grilled cheese sandwiches. We all got violently sick. My pregnant wife was hospitalized in Arcadia for 3 days because she was dehydrated from vomiting. She was almost induced because it vacant so dangerous for… 更多
