我们在 9 月 20 日订购了一个鸡肉卷饼，三个牛肉玉米饼和一个饭碗。卷饼没有生菜，饭碗也没有。几个小时之内，我得了腹泻，感到不适。我的妻子生病了一天后，更严重（头痛，腹部痉挛，发烧，恶心）在这篇文章（9/11/20），她仍然生病，但正在恢复。

possibly burger  2 people ate food both ordered separate items from menu. Person 1 got a Dave’s double burger. Person 2 got chicken nuggets & fries. Person 1 appears to be the only one sick. Symptoms: Vomiting & Headache. This is now the 3rd time person 1… 更多
