I ordered orange chicken and white rice, while my husband had new Shrimp and teriyaki chicken within a hour both were vomiting and diarrhea thru the night fever spiked to 102.00 next day diarrhea continues and nausea vomiting stopped....not eating cuz I causes me to feel sick  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 发烧, 呕吐

Went to Costco with a friend at around 12:40 pm on Feb 20, 2016 had a sample of the Chicken salad and started feeling a stomach ache around 8 pm same day and by 10 pm I got Diarrhea, Vomiting and Fever and 24 hours later I am still feeling ill.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 发烧, 呕吐
