Ordered a sweet onion chicken footlong on jalepeno cheese bread with pepper jack cheese, spinach, red onions, tomatoes, cucumbers, jalapeños, and bell peppers for lunch. Three hours after injesting it I felt stomach cramps and nausea. Eventually vomited after 6 hours.  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐, 抽筋

I got a portabella mushroom charburger w/fries from here for lunch and became extremely ill about 10 hours later. It was the only thing I at all day other than cereal for breakfast. Definitely believe it was some type of food poisoning.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐
