吃了我平常的墨西哥卷饼弓一个小时后，我开始感到恶心。我有恶心、呕吐、发烧、疼痛、发冷等...决定去急诊室是因为我变得太糟糕了，太快了。原来我摄入了一种葡萄球菌感染，后来变成了肺炎，后来变成了败血症。我在医院待了一个星期，全天候接受静脉注射抗生素。

点了糙米、炒面、西兰花牛肉、功夫鸡和照烧鸡肉。照烧看起来是粉红色的，没有煮熟。这是我在那里吃完后 21/2 小时而且腹泻很严重。昨天我那里有相同的菜单项，但是那里的一位经验丰富的女士服务员从容器中挑选了未煮熟的碎片，所以我只得到了黑色的烧焦的碎片。今天没那么幸运。将来不会那么愚蠢。他们知道未煮熟的鸡肉的危险和存在的问题。

I ordered the spicy chicken sandwich combo and at first it tasted kind of different. I usually get the regular chicken sandwich so I didn't think much of it; the night of that day, I started to feel really nauseous and I started to puke and had diarrhea.
