2023 年 3 月 25 日星期六晚上 9 点左右订购了一个含有平托豆、白米饭和奶酪的卷饼，一面是鳄梨调味酱，一面是酸奶油。吃了一半，大约 6 小时后，半夜，我病得很重。我认为是酸奶油才是融化冰淇淋的稠度。再也不会了。现在是星期二，我还是感觉不太好。

Got a veggie burrito bowl last night, March 20. My husband got a chicken bowl and is fine. The only thing I ate that he didn’t was brown rice, guac and lettuce

Sick about 2 hours after eating. Threw out the leftovers. Symptoms cleared in a day or two.

Had a chicken burrito with cheese and sour cream. After about 30 minutes had to stop driving, pull over and run to the restroom. Severe abdominal pain, difficulty seeing, diarrhea.

吃了我平常的墨西哥卷饼弓一个小时后，我开始感到恶心。我有恶心、呕吐、发烧、疼痛、发冷等...决定去急诊室是因为我变得太糟糕了，太快了。原来我摄入了一种葡萄球菌感染，后来变成了肺炎，后来变成了败血症。我在医院待了一个星期，全天候接受静脉注射抗生素。
