我在 4 月 4 日的午餐时吃了他们的一个面粉炸玉米饼。我是我整天唯一吃过的东西。下午早些时候开始的胃痉挛逐渐恶化。我躺下睡觉然后在天黑的时候醒来跑去洗手间呕吐。晚上和清晨我又呕吐了2次。
