At Wendy"s in late November, i got a chicken sandwich with only lettuce and mustard. I got a salad with the same lettuce as the sandwich. I am assuming that the lettuce I had was contaminated? The symptoms lasted for a week! I vomited 5 times but… 更多

I ate Carl's Jr. On Saturday 7/23/16 I ate a spicy chicken sandwich and a chocolate cake. I got sick the day after 7/24/16 around 10am I had diarrhea and nausea it is now 6:47pm symptoms are still present.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心
