2018 年 1 月 2 日，我在位于加利福尼亚州文图拉市圣米尔斯路的 Chipotle 墨西哥烧烤餐厅吃了午餐。那天下午晚些时候，我开始感到恶心和腹部抽筋。我吃了一个鸡肉卷饼，配白米饭和黑豆，鳄梨调味酱，玉米混合物，香菜和 pico de Gallo。我拿了几把 Tums，感觉好一点。现在是以后的早晨，我仍然比昨天好些，但不是 100％。我再也不会在那家餐厅吃饭了

Double double with ketchup and spread, animal style French fries and soft drink as dr.pepper.
Started feeling sick few hours after. Went to bed with sever diarrhea. The next day I woke up with uncontrolled diarrhea which followed nausea throughout the day.

I bought the pepperoni bites and a lemonade . Turns out i started to feel horrible after kept me up all night throwing up very nauseated just vomiting until i started to vomit acid and i had diarrhea  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐
