I ate a parmesan ceasar salad at about 12pm on November 5th. My symptoms started showing up at 4am on November 6th. At first it was pain and nausea. At roughly 6:15am is when the vomiting and diarrhea happened. I also have a very mild fever of 99.2°  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐, 发烧

Ate spicy chicken sandwich and fries at 11:30 and was fine. Ate the mac and cheese at 12:30 and was almost instantly got stomach cramps and watery diarrhea.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 抽筋

orabge chicken with chow mein noodlea, Only ate there, got on the plane to Dallas, was at the airport when I started feeling bad. Started thowing up on our final flight from dallas to Grand Rapids. Slept all day Sunday and hqve now missed work for 2 days  | 症状: 腹泻, 呕吐, 其他
