Chicken, Only one of us got sick my husband ordered the chicken tender basket I had a burger. He was fine up until about 45 mins ago it just all the sudden hit him and he has been throwing up and has the chills really bad   | 症状: 呕吐, 寒战

I purchased green grapes from here earlier this week. I was the only person in my family to ingest them. I woke up in the middle of the night with horrible stomach pain. The next day it was still there, but not as bad. Today the stomach pain is unbearable.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 其他, 胃痛

Not sure, think it was ramen, We ate packaged ramen. My husband ate a different brand than me. He has been sick all night and started puking 7am.
Brand is Samyang. Still dunno if that's what got him sick. But it was the last thing he ate.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐

The only thing I had yesterday, aside from breakfast was a burrito bowl from here at 8pm last night. It included pinto beans, chicken, fajita veggies, queso, sour cream, mild sauce, lettuce, and guac. I woke up this morning sick to my stomach, nauseous with diarrhea.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心
