Normally delicious tacos.. This time I had the korean beef, carnitas, and adobo chicken tacos, as well as guacamole. Down for a full day and a half with diarrhea, nausea, vomiting and slight fever.  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐

我的女儿和丈夫昨天在舞蹈课结束后去 Chick-fil-A 吃晚饭。我女儿拿到了烤鸡块，我丈夫得到了沙拉。大约半小时后他很恶心，整晚都因腹泻和呕吐而起床。他今天早上抽筋，还在床上冷汗。
