At about 4 PM on 5/22 me and my boyfriend has a burger from shake shack and after an hour I started to feel sick, I woke up at 4:35 Am to puke and couldn’t stop puking for 2 days straight, my boyfriend even got fever and had the same symptoms  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐

12:30 吃了午饭，3 点后不久就开始感到不适。呕吐了很多次，腹泻非常水样。抽筋，虚弱，头痛。，今天有特别的海鲜午餐。我觉得鱿鱼有点不寻常的令人不快的味道，但是辣酱掩盖了它  | 症状: 呕吐, 弱点, 抽筋, 头痛, 腹泻
