我在 18:00 左右买了食物，然后回家吃了。和我妻子一起去散步是因为我感到被打击，回家看电视直到 23:00 左右然后上床睡觉。大约 1:30 我醒来时胃痛严重。直接去洗手间，然后噩梦一直在继续；呕吐、腹泻、恶心，然后是发烧。我今天因为剧烈疼痛而且很可能去看医生而打电话停工。
