Busy work day. Didn't have a chance to eat breakfast or lunch. Stopped by McDonalds and ordered some food. Felt ill within 30 min of eating. Extreme diarrhea, abdominal cramping, loss of appetite, and fever have left me housebound since Monday. I will never eat out again.  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧

Had a salad bowl with romaine lettuce, steak, pico, hot salsa and guacamole. Began feeling cold sweats about 4 hours later (hadn't eaten anything else between the chipotle and when symptoms started) and was running to the bathroom.. both vomiting and diarrhea  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐

Lovw CFA，一直在那里吃饭。但是我吃了鸡肉饼干，味道有点不同。我几乎立刻变得恶心，整天都有这种感觉。当我回到家时，我几乎无法走路，我很头晕，发冷和发烧。在我开始猛烈地呕吐之后不久，使用洗手间是另一场挣扎。即使过了 15 个小时我仍然感到恶心。很棒的公司，但是很失望这件事发生了。
