I had a 2 entree plate with chow mein, beef broccoli, and the teriyaki chicken. I had this for dinner on 1/15/2020 and now I am constantly having to go to the bathroom to diarrhea. Then I threw up my whole breakfast. And not my stomach is so sore and I am so nauseous.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐, 酸痛
