I ate from the salad bar. Took red greens, leafy greens, spinach, mushrooms, peas, and vegan dressing. I know that it was from this because only I ate this and my daughter didn't. She didn't get sick either.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 发烧, 呕吐

I am not sure what made me sick but narrowing it down it has got to be one of these. The chicken was leftover in the fridge for a few days (my bad). But the cukes look fine but are the more likely culprit, because my friend got sick a few days later after eating some in a salad.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐

在酒吧喝了一杯后去买冰淇淋。开车回度假村还不错，但是不久之后我就得了恶心和头痛加上腹部抽筋。继续去热水浴缸，但是当我上床睡觉时，我几个小时后醒来并且正在呕吐。这种情况大约每 2 个小时发生一次，直到整个晚上直到早晨。直到大约中午才停止。

On Friday, December 24th, 2016 I ate at Burger King in Lihue. I ordered a Whopper Jr meal with onion rings, chicken nuggets and an iced coffee. It was the only thing I ate that day and I spent the whole christmas eve and Christmas day sick. Fealing nausea & puking/diaherra everything in my body.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐
