A salad Just I got sick. About 2-3hrs after I ate the salad. My stomach felt weird and the diarrhea started. Then about 30mins later I vomited. Now, 2.5hrs later, I'm sitting on the toilet with diarrhea, wanting to vomit again.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐

My granddaughter and a friend have nausea and diarrhea. Chicken wings She and a friend ate there last night prior to going to a movue. Within an hour they started feeling ill and left the movie and came home. She was real nauseous and this morning gas diarrhea. I do not have an updare on her friend.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 煤气

I ate eggs, bacon, hash browns and funnel cake I instantly got a stomach ache and spent the next 3 days sleeping and vomiting and having the p**ps, I haven't been able to keep anything down other then water  | 症状: 腹泻, 呕吐, 胃痛
