I ate at 11:45am 4/2/2018, it was the free lunch combo offered that day from 11:30am-1pm, it was a pepperoni pizza. I ate nothing else for the rest of that whole day. I recognized symptoms at 12am midnight and threw up for the entire night until 7am.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐

周一特别订购：Katsu Curry。2:30 左右有消化不良。5:30 左右感觉恶心。晚上 7 点左右多次呕吐，恶心，发烧。正在开会。回家感觉非常恶心，发烧/发冷。晚上 11 点 30 分又呕吐了！第二天，恶心，胃痛，发冷/发烧。去了 NCH 紧急护理-食物中毒！

Went for chipotle yesterday afternoon 1-24-2017 at around 4 pm. by around 9 I started feeling nauseous, by 11 I had diarrhea. Then went to sleep , and woke up with nausea, headeach, fever and constantly been puking and having diarrhea through the whole day. Fever is a 101  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 发烧, 呕吐
