Hershey Symphony bar 没有杏仁，我吃了一大块交响乐胃开始膨胀，胃痉挛极端。我在 3 月 22 日下午 5 点半左右吃了这个。我受伤了，腹泻去洗手间好几个小时无法入睡，因为疼痛不允许我。这让我坐在马桶上试图排出被困的气体时有血腥的痔疮。我的肚子痛苦地隆隆起来。可能得去医院疼痛是 10 点。

I had it at 1pm today and had a simple turkey breast with pepper Jack sub with lettuce,spinach, jalapenos, black olives and green peppers on a 9grain honey wheat bread. I have felt sick for over 9 hours now  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心

I stopped to get Taco Bell late last night(like 11 pm). I got mini chicken quesadillas.

When I ate the first one, the meat tasted old, wet and cold. I’d be willing to be the employees just heated up old chicken from earlier in the day.
