Was there 3/30 around 1 pm ordered a big mac meal and a cheeseburger happy meal then coupme hours later my daughter became very sick with alot of vomiting everything came back up and it was noticeable what it was  | 症状: 呕吐

I ate a Wendys taco salad on Friday, Setember 28, 2018 at 12:30 om and became violently ill at 9 pm on September 29, 2018. I threw up every 2-3 hours until 7 am on Monday morning October 1, 2018.  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐
