我在智利 Relleno，还有辣酱玉米饼馅，大米和豆类还有一些 queso。我吃饭时喝了一杯水。我在 2019 年 1 月 11 日星期五下午 2 点吃了东西。吃东西不到一个小时我就头疼了。大约 3.5 小时后，我感觉自己会。那天晚上 7 点之前我正在呕吐。自星期五以来我没有呕吐过，但是自周五晚上以来我一直有腹泻。现在是 1 月 14 日星期一凌晨 4:30 了，我继续有腹泻。

周一晚上 6 点 7 点左右我吃了肯德基，我有五美元的充满鸡肉招标、饼干、饼干和楔子的箱子。在凌晨 1 点或 2 点左右，我有严重的腹痛，我开始发烧、发冷、严重腹泻和呕吐。我的发烧是华氏 103 度。我去了急诊部检查完了，他们说我有沙门氏菌中毒。
