下班后午夜左右和几个同事一起吃了。我有法式吐司、煎饼、香肠、培根和鸡蛋。自从我不得不购物以来凌晨 3 点左右上床睡觉，凌晨 5 点回来时胃部剧烈疼痛，感到恶心。躺在床上每 15 分钟跑到洗手间，最后在早上 9 点呕吐。我感觉好一点，但腹泻还在发生。不幸的是，我今天必须上班。

got a slice of beef pizza for lunch, woke up at 2am that night with severe stomach cramps & then bad diarrhea & vomited. felt sick & couldnt eat for 2 days. didnt eat anything different from my nbormal diet except the caseys pizza which i rarely eat. never again!  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐
