I have been going there for years. But the last 3 fimes Mom an I went... We both get so sick! I notice that on the buffet they pile food way too high. That can mess up the temperature. This sickness has lasted for two days now. No more Shanghai for me.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐

Eaten 12/31/2018 Orange Chicken special with 1/2 rice, one 1/2 noodles. Ate half portion. Two-three hours later, severe diarrhea all night. Next day, bout of vomiting. Stomach rumblings next two days.  | 症状: 腹泻, 呕吐

12 月 30 日我和我的女儿在去 Intrust 竞技场之前吃了大约 230 美元。我订购了组合但没吃完三明治... 只是味道不开胃... 那天晚上我的身体疼痛... 头痛... 第二天我开始腹泻并恶心.. 4 天现在我没有腹泻就没有压低任何东西。麦当劳很粗略，可能至少有 4 个无家可归的人围坐在摊位周围。我还使用了洗手间区域，摊位里有一个轮椅无家可归的人，在那里待了一段时间... 是的，我在洗手间后洗了手，但没有纸巾可以打开门... 只是吹风机。

在 2018 年 12 月 23 日的晚餐时获得了 (5) 个 10 块掘金。食用大约一两个小时后，我变得非常恶心和头痛，所以我服用了一些恶心药。我丈夫直到晚上 11 点左右才有任何感觉，他大量呕吐，腹泻和低烧。我 1 岁的孩子呕吐了 5 次，整晚都很挑剔。

Wife and I both ate turkey, lettuce, and provolone on wheat 12/8 in the evening. Both have had severe symptoms since approximately 4 hours after consuming. That was the only food we consumed.  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐
