Wife and I both ate turkey, lettuce, and provolone on wheat 12/8 in the evening. Both have had severe symptoms since approximately 4 hours after consuming. That was the only food we consumed.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting

Ordered a club sandwich and broccoli cheese soup for lunch. Had nausea and stomach cramps starting around two hours later, and have had several bouts of diarrhea starting around 4-5 hours after lunch.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Cramps
