I got a chicken bowl last night in the evening at 9pm. Couple hours was bloated and gassy the whole night. Stomach was in pain and couldn’t sleep. Mild fever, body aches, fatigue, sore throat, etc  | 症状: 发烧, 煤气, 身体疼痛, 抽筋, 腹胀, 疲劳, 酸痛, 喉咙痛

We went to eat at Olive Garden on February 02, 2019 and ordered the Chicken and Shrimp Carbonara. My brother symptoms started at 4am and he carried over the next day on February 03, 2019 with nausea, diarrhea, vomiting, and a fever.  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐

12 月 30 日我和我的女儿在去 Intrust 竞技场之前吃了大约 230 美元。我订购了组合但没吃完三明治... 只是味道不开胃... 那天晚上我的身体疼痛... 头痛... 第二天我开始腹泻并恶心.. 4 天现在我没有腹泻就没有压低任何东西。麦当劳很粗略，可能至少有 4 个无家可归的人围坐在摊位周围。我还使用了洗手间区域，摊位里有一个轮椅无家可归的人，在那里待了一段时间... 是的，我在洗手间后洗了手，但没有纸巾可以打开门... 只是吹风机。

在 2018 年 12 月 23 日的晚餐时获得了 (5) 个 10 块掘金。食用大约一两个小时后，我变得非常恶心和头痛，所以我服用了一些恶心药。我丈夫直到晚上 11 点左右才有任何感觉，他大量呕吐，腹泻和低烧。我 1 岁的孩子呕吐了 5 次，整晚都很挑剔。
