I ate a quesadilla from Taco Bell earlier and a few hours later I started getting nauseous and I eventually got diarrhea, and it feels like I have a fever but I didn't check. I did not vomit, but it feels like I could.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 发烧

My family and I shared a meal at Cheddars on 13th Street in Wichita, KS. This is the only meal we shared together all day on 4-28-16 and we all became ill. I had diarrhea, my wife had stomach discomfort and loose bowel movement and my son had vomiting, diarrhea, and nausea.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐

I ate the grilled salmon with a cup of coffee. The first cup came out covered with dried food stuff on it and I requested a new cup. About a hour later I started having diarrhea and vomiting. It is two days later and I have stopped vomiting, but still have diarrhea.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐

我今天早上吃了杰克的链接香肠作为早餐。喝点咖啡和水。午餐时，我出去了 chic-fil-a，买了带有 6 块金块的豪华辣鸡肉三明治。午饭后，大约 2 小时后。我开始出现腹胀症状，然后可能会烧伤心脏。我试图忍受它并开始出现恶心的症状。我回家服用了医生为我的消化问题开的药丸。睡了一个小时。我感到恶心和呕吐。我在身体和精神上都感到虚弱。
