I had a Fish sandwich with a cheddar cheese slice and tarter sauce, no lettuce. And also, a small curly fry. Started feeling sick about 3 hours or so after. Symptoms started resolving about 24 hours after consuming the food.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 发烧

我在蛤壳/塑料容器中购买并吃了预先切成薄片的苹果。在用焦糖蘸酱吃苹果之后，我在几个小时内病得很重，情况恶化了，而且还在进展！我有严重的腹泻，伴有呕吐、严重的头痛和脖子僵硬，全身抽筋和淋巴结肿胀。我还是病得很厉害，已经 4 天了。我的上背部也有很多疼痛。希望这种情况能尽快消失，我病得太恶心了！

Had water, naked wings and buffalo chips. Woke up in the middle of the night pretty sick with diarrhea and nausea. Husband woke up soon after with the same. He had a burger, water and buffalo chips as well  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心
