I ordered a #1 with cucumber and no tomato, bbq chips and a powerade. There was only one person working both cash register and making food, then someone else came in and the guy that was working told him not to wash his hands because he was going to be working the cash register.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐

Me and my two children went to McDonald’s go chicken nuggets and fries with a sweet tea. We went home ate the food and not even thirty minutes later i was on the toilet vomiting and had diarrhea. This went on from 9pm and is still happening… 更多
