Chic Fil a, In the morning, I had a breakfast burrito which is a tortilla wrap, cheese, hash browns, eggs and chicken pieces with salsa at 9:30am. In the evening I had a Cobb salad without bacon and extra cheese at about 5:45p. I was Very ill by 11:30p  | 症状: 呕吐, 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心

我下了一个鸡肉、培根牧场平休三明治的订单。我在下午 2 点左右吃了。到晚上 9 点，我经历了胃痉挛、腹胀，到 9:30 我得了腹泻，到晚上 11 点 30 分，我的腹泻和呕吐非常严重。第二天早上我无法按住任何东西，感到身体疼痛，101-102 发烧，还有腹泻呕吐。去了 ER 并接受了病毒和细菌检测。我的诺如病毒检测呈阳性。
