我给 Chick Fil 买了一个没有 PICKLES 的三明治。大约 12 小时后，我因胃痉挛感觉太恶心了。我最后在凌晨 1 点扔了 4 个小时。我最后在医院呆了 5 个小时，用了 2 个静脉注射液体。我吐得太多了，以至于我最后什么也没扔掉，因为我的肚子里什么都没剩下。

This is to complain that I visited the McDonald’s Restaurant #2480 located at 2220 S. Sherwood Forest Blvd in Baton Rouge and woke up this morning with diarrhea.
