四分之一磅或 mc 掘金，我们大概在下午 6 点至 7 点左右拿到食物，我们得到了 2 个四分之一磅重的东西，而 mcnuggets 从他们得到的 1 美元特价商品中脱颖而出。我和我的男朋友醒来时都感觉不舒服。然后我整天上班都在厕所上，他也是如此。我什么都不能吃。很难吞咽而且我很累又虚弱。

Not sure but I think it could have been the milkshake that they made 15 minutes before my food was ready and then the 20 minute trip home... Everything tasted fine but I'm probably not going to get a milkshake again .  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心

我订购了一个包含所有免费赠品但没有辣椒的 #5。我在 6 月 27 日 18 日下午 5 点 30 分左右订购了三明治之后就吃了。晚上 9 点左右我开始感到不安。我早上 12 点左右醒来呕吐，整个晚上我还有另外 4 次呕吐事件。我发烧了 99.9 次，我发抖，双腿疼痛。接下来的一整天我都感到疼痛、不安和头痛。我一直在努力减少食物和水，直到下午 6 点，当我写这篇文章的时候。我正在母乳喂养，所以我认为脱水加剧了这种情况。

我在 6 月 7 日下午 4 点左右吃了 Chipotle，我吃了一个素食碗糙米，黑豆，绿色莎莎酱，reg salsa，玉米，生菜和鳄梨调味酱。吃了一两个小时后我头疼和恶心。第二天早上，今天是 6 月 8 日，我醒来了，还没停止呕吐，我发冷了。
