2017 年 12 月 19 日中午 12:30 访问了这个地点，订购了一个装有白米玉米番茄的鸡碗青椒洋葱生菜 sourcream 坐在里面大约 1:35 左右为了享受港口景点在下午 2 点 30 分左右骑着 farris Wheel 回到 chipotle 使用洗手间开始感到恶心四点半左右因出汗而发冷回家真的不太好去看医生

Food poisoning from the market salad with chicken. Nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, fever, sweating, cold/hot. Went to the doctor, he said it sounds like food poisoning from the lettuce. We did not run tests. Started feeling better after 48 hours on a liquid/water and pedialite diet...Miserable  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐

My whole family ordered our favorite pizza - within 3-hours I had an upset stomach, 4-hours diarrhea, 5-hours vomiting, high-fever. Vomiting lasted through 5am the next day, diarrhea last through Friday afternoon, and fever lasted through Saturday morning. Sunday back on my feet.  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐
