我的朋友在 12 月 23 日下午 6 点在这个地方吃过。12 月 24 日醒来时腹泻恶心呕吐和头痛。到圣诞节前夕，症状变得更糟，他的视力开始模糊。那时他去医院是因为我们认为这是诺如病毒或肉毒中毒，因为严重的头痛和视力问题。Chipotle 在圣诞节毁了另一个家庭。

Chicken bowl. Started feeling nauseous within 3 hours of eating. At hour 4 the vomiting and diarrhea began. Vomiting episodes lasted 5 hours, diarrhea lasted around 18.  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐
