Had a steak salad with just lettuce, cheese, sour cream and guac at 6:30 pm. Moments after finished started feeling nauseous. Vomited it all up by 7:30.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐

Ate a chicken burrito bowl around 3pm, starting feeling ill around 5pm the same day. Around 8pm the symptoms increased in severity and I was throwing up for the next 6 hours. Had not eaten anything else that day.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 发烧, 呕吐
