I ate the breakfast sandwich with bacon. It usually is very good. However, It tasted really funny this time, having a chemical like taste, so I threw out the second half. About 8-10 hours later symptoms started. I was vomiting every 30 minutes during the night.  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐

我一生中从未生过如此剧烈的病。我在下午 1 点左右吃了一个烤鸡肉三明治，到晚上 8 点，我就像圣克拉丽塔饮食第一集中的德鲁·巴里摩尔一样。可怕的胃痛，汗水和发冷，像我以前从未有过的呕吐和腹泻。初次发作 16 小时后我现在感觉好多了，但是我体重减轻了 3 磅，而且我的整个身体都因为剧烈的呕吐而疼痛。太糟糕了。我再也不会在那里吃东西了。

我在 1:45 左右吃了数字 10（鸡块和薯条），剩下的时间我都没事。7 点左右，我对晚餐没有胃口，但决定吃一点。晚上 10 点我一阵恶心，每 15 分钟呕吐一次，直到 4 点我离开急诊室。
最后我正在呕吐唾液。再也不会吃温迪的了，我想我应该知道得更多。

I went out to eat at 9:15 pm and got a Grand Mac with a medium fries and a medium shamrock shake. I felt fine even when I was falling asleep. Then I wake up at 3:50 am with nausea and pain in my tailbone area. I go to the bathroom and then I have diahrea and vomit, and then I feel better.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐
