I ate the breakfast sandwich with bacon. It usually is very good. However, It tasted really funny this time, having a chemical like taste, so I threw out the second half. About 8-10 hours later symptoms started. I was vomiting every 30 minutes during the night.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting

I went out to eat at 9:15 pm and got a Grand Mac with a medium fries and a medium shamrock shake. I felt fine even when I was falling asleep. Then I wake up at 3:50 am with nausea and pain in my tailbone area. I go to the bathroom and then I have diahrea and vomit, and then I feel better.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
