点了菲达奶酪鸡蛋卷。2小时后开始出现严重胃痛、发冷。当天剩余时间持续恶心。第二天早上腹泻和恶心。整天食欲不振、恶心和胃痛。腹泻持续。第二天呕吐两次、发冷、水样腹泻和持续恶心  | 症状: 恶心, 腹泻, 呕吐, 胃痛, 寒战, 头痛

买了一套 Alfredo 套装（Giovanni Rana），里面装有预煮的鸡肉、新鲜的意大利面和一包酱汁。在做饭和食用几个小时后，我一直在呕吐，无法抑制食物，而且经常去洗手间。我购买和食用食物是因为BB日期.已经两天多了，我病了，无法吃东西或压住液体。
