我的朋友从大学回家探望我，我们在这里见面是为了赶上，我们俩都有芝士汉堡，我们都在凌晨 3 点呕吐时醒来。她还得了腹泻。我们都有恶心和灼热的胃痛。星期六晚上 11 点 30 分我们在那里。10 月 19 日。我妈妈打电话给经理报告了，她说如果不到 24 小时你就不会有食物中毒，事实并非如此。谷歌说你可以在不到一个小时的时间内收到它。我妈妈在医疗保健部门工作，但她说她不会和那位女士争论。所以我决定在这里举报，因为经理似乎并不在乎。

The cheese platter with horribly rancid almonds and cheese. i was starving and this was the only option offered. the next plane only served half the plane and i could not even get water. there was also a very racist flight attendant.  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐

On 10/14/19 at 10:30p I ordered regular soft tacos and Doritos Locos tacos to-go. I returned to my hotel room and ate them. At approximately 4:00a I woke up and immediately began violently vomiting, followed by multiple rounds of diarrhea. 12 hours later I still have nausea and diarrhea.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐

I ate at 2 pm and got an Italian BMT with American cheese, light onion, lettuce and spinach with Mayo and Oregeno. I was eating on my lunch break and within 20 minutes I had instant diarrhea that has continued all day with sthomac pains,cramps,etc  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 抽筋
