2019 年 2 月 11 日，我在上午 11 点 30 分左右吃了消防站潜水艇吃午餐。吃完食物一个小时后，我开始感到恶心，真的很恶心。我大量地吐了。我提前离开工作是因为我继续感到恶心。我没有再呕吐了，但是有胃痛、头痛和不适的感觉。第二天早上我感觉好了 50％，但工作还不够好。随着时间的流逝，我正在休息，胃痛仍然存在，但我开始感觉好些。

Got very sick after eating and drinking from Taco Bell. Felt nauseated, upset stomach and vomiting. Stayed in the bathroom with diarrhea. I thought I was going to die. I went to the ER, I will never eat from Taco Bell again. Now I am stuck with almost $9K hospital bill.  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐

Ate lunch, snack size Caribbean Jerk with Blue Cheese and fries. Started feeling nauseous an hour later. Was able to remain at work until 5pm, got home running a fever, slept for 4 hours, woke up and ran to toilet to vomit, 4 times. Back to bed,… 更多
