painful. This lasted for an hour , until I had nothing left in me. I missed the next 2 days of work. I had horrible stomach pain and headaches- due to dehydration. I looked at the date on the ham yesterday and it was the 23rd ‘to sell by’. The ham smells bad. I am furious that I missed work and felt this bad. Shame.
