7 月 3 日，我认为莎莎酱里的生香菜有一个鸡碗，里面有米饭、豆类、微微和绿色莎莎酱，如果碗在晚上 2 点半左右在晚上 12 点左右呕吐感到恶心，清晨比感觉虚弱无力上班多几次  | 症状: 呕吐, 腹泻, 恶心, 弱点

Went in for a quick bite. Ordered the salmon medwell. Came with rice and broccoli. Didn't even make it home before my stomach started bubbling. Not the first time I've gotten sick from this establishment. Unfortunately they were the only place open that isn't fast food.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心

I ordered their roast beef and provolone sandwich (option #6) at the time that I ate it I realized that some of the roast beef was red but I thought that was normal. Sadly, I started to get sick hours after eating it and suffered from food poisoning overnight.  | 症状: 腹泻, 呕吐
