大约在下午 6:15 和晚上 11 点吃了严重的腹泻和呕吐。大约 8 点半我开始感到恶心，一直持续到 11 点，从那以后一直在呕吐胃痉挛和腹泻。还有出汗和轻微发烧。  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 发烧, 呕吐, 抽筋, 出汗

I stopped there at 10:45 am ordered 5 cheeseburger sliders. At about 12:30pm I started to feel sick so I took a nap and woke up at 3:30pm feeling nauseous and very hot. I had bouts of diarrhea following the nap. It is now 9:37 pm and I have a fever and still feel nauseous.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 发烧

I ate at this location atound 10 oclock at night. I purchased a cheeseburger and fries or a number 1 on their menu and became incredibly ill around 3 that morning. My symptoms lasted 24 hours.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 发烧, 呕吐
